  Mostly old city council and planning commission members with no vision for growing our city. They keep approving car lots, discount shopping stores and low income housing. They pass ordinances that hold down the citizens and have exorbitant fees. Now they are praising the fact that we are the 2nd most affordable city to live in. This is based on low mortgages, not too high insurance and and low property taxes. This means house prices are low, therefore taxes are low. Housing is cheap because the city offers nothing and the school district is performing in the bottom 5% of the state. One positive note, the people are more vibrant than ever. People are out walking their dogs, kids play outside, people are utilizing the parks.
