Shipped our children their Christmas gifts on 12/19/17. Man behind counter asked me for their address in TN. I gave him a photo of the correct address to enter. He inadvertently entered 114 instead of 1114.

I was told I should have called this Eastpointe store when the package was lost. I did call and the phone lines were down. In fact, I called when I was face-to-face with the woman in the store on Monday. I had to "prove" the phone lines were down. I spent hours on the phone with dozens of UPS reps trying to locate my package.

The gift did not arrive until Dec 29th. According to UPS store this became my fault for not verifying correct address. They refused to compensate me for the $50 it took to ship this box.

Once again, it would be nice for corporate America to stand behind a customer once in a while. Never will I go back into this store.
